The set that started my return to card collecting.
Back in 1989 my wife decided to buy these cards for our son who loved TMNT.
We bought dozens and dozens of wax packs trying to complete the set -
not knowing we could have gotten the set dirt cheap at any card show - but who knew about card shows?
Next I bought a 1987 Topps baseball factory set to put away - the year of our son's birth.
Then I started buying cards for myself.
Thousands of cards and thousands of dollars later, here I am.
Bottom line - I blame my wife for getting me started again in this d**m hobby!!
